Greetings to art teachers.
Like everyone else, I am coming to grips with NEW ART AND STUDIO ARTS COURSES  The more I read, the more sense it makes.  I guess the big question will be on what will meet the requirements of 'a range of creative solutions'.  I believe that this mailing list could enable us to pool some ideas or to ask some questions about appraoaches to the new courses.
I am also looking for SUGGESTIONS OF ART BOOKS which would be good to use as a year 7/8 class set; something which could be used to do some appreciation but which would also have activities which could be good to leave as 'extras' if the teacher is absent.
