**   I am asking for workbriefs by end of this week.
Have given a check list of all they need to have in it, but emphasising that they are NOT to use it as a pro-forma 
for the actual WB.  I keep a copy of it in my book (page for each kid) so that as I talk to a student I can refer to it and remind them that they need eg sources of inspiration or whatever.
**  I tend to encourage them to think in terms of three possible 'creative solutions'.  Finding it hard to convince them that they dont have to FINISH pieces in this unit.
**  I do a lot of recommending artists or artworks for them to look at.
**  Haven't started theory yet but I get them to keep track of artists/works discussed as above, in light of the theory requirements.  So when we do start (next week) they should each have some ideas on who to use.
