Hopefully some of you had a break, and if you did, it was a good one.
I have a person on the CASES network that has reminders in Outlook. The problem they are getting is that when one of these reminders comes up whilst they are working in CASES, it minimises the window and they can't get it to come back up again. The only way they have found to rectifiy the problem is to close down CASES (as in End Task) and then start it up again. This is quite annoying for the person since they do need to use both at the same time.
Has anyone had this issue, and if so, is there a way to prevent or stop it from contiuing to occur?
